What I receive
When you send me a message through this website or by email, I receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and whatever you choose to write to me.
Why
To reply to you, and to arrange a free consultation if you ask for one. I never sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
- Google, which provides my email (Gmail).
- The service that sends this website’s forms to my email.
- The company that hosts this website, which may automatically record basic technical information about visits, such as IP addresses.
- I may use AI tools, such as ChatGPT or Claude, to help me with my work. If I do, what you send me may be processed by that company.
These companies may store information outside Quebec, including in the United States.
How long I keep it
I keep your messages as long as needed to stay in communication with you. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.
How I protect it
I take reasonable steps to protect your information, such as passwords on my email, my Google account and my computer.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use cookies.
Links to other websites
This website links to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Those websites have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct your personal information, and you can withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to me at Coaching@AlyssaHerzig.com. If you have any question or concern about your privacy, please write to me there too.
Changes
If this policy changes, I’ll post the new version on this page, with its date.
