The feelings we push away don’t disappear. Often they come from needs for safety, connection or autonomy that went unmet, in childhood or in important relationships. They can show up as fear of rejection, anxiety and insecurity, exhaustion and resentment, or feeling trapped behind masks. They get triggered, sabotage us and steer the ship.
Understanding a pattern is rarely enough to change it, so we don’t just talk about it. We practice.
